I. There is a problem in society today. That problem is:
that the worth of the penny is now useless because it cost more money to make them then their value therefore government officals should abolish the penny because it is useless in society today.
II. Facts that demonstrate that there is a problem are:

Today in the world you cant buy anything with a penny. Useless and Presidant Abraham Lincoln would be disgraced that he was on this useless US peice of prooperty.It almost cost a dime to make the penny because of material price. Pennies dissapear as quaters, dimes, and nickels circulate. There are 10,000,000 pennies being punched out daily.
Abolish the penny and use useless pennys to charities than cashed before abolished. Use an execetive order to abolish penny rather than an act of congress.Its up to the Treasury jurisdiction to decide what to do. Some exception to not using the penny are the tolls we pay. Establishments which are trying to round down cash tranactions will refuse to accept pennies.
